Brian Road, Dublin

A semidetached house, two story dwelling. Located at the prominent road junction as much as fully part of highly sought Marino real estate. The site encapsuled, almost, to be the gate-entrance to the estate itself. A busy family with 4 kids to manage and to more space to acquire pushed the design to the limit of the site itself. An acute two story rendered box was added to side and a wide single story extension to the back, without compromise the back yard. Priority were the communal space with a modern living room and contemporary kitchen. An enclosed family room was preserved and two new bedrooms were added, of which the master bedroom with the own bathroom.
Sharpe and clear lines were the final result. A modern and highly functional home for a modern family needs.
