Grange Meadows, Rosslare

A traditional wide front house, two story. A country side meadow, and semiretired couple who wants and looking for a place where enjoy the second part of their life and the landscape around them.

The house brief project was simple and minimal: conservation of the existing house front, ameliorate the southern back garden, open plan living-kitchen, and third bedroom with en-suite to accommodate guest in the event of hosting.
The choice a pastel and bright colors were natural and welcome by the clients. The frugality was sign of the awareness of this new chapter of their life, and not pauperism.
The final result was a clear, minimal and elegantly balanced house, where Wilson (their dog) find his perfectly place, just beside the stove!
